JOINING THE AGENCY
Our books are now open. We are looking for new talent to join the agency and are especially interested in receiving applications from global majority actors and actors over 40.
Being a member of TAG gives you the ability to have more input in your career development, working with the support and skills of the rest of the team.
As the longest running co-operative agency outside of London, we have over four decades of experience working with casting professionals. We run a busy, friendly office, working together as actors and agents with respect, integrity and expertise.

It is essential that new applicants understand how a co-operative agency works and the commitment involved before applying. All new members receive full training with a mentor. You can read more here.
HOW TO APPLY
All new applications must be submitted by completing our form here.
If you need to apply using another method for access reasons, please contact us by telephone or email and we’ll work with you to facilitate that.
We need to see an up to date CV and headshot or Spotlight link and your reasons for applying to us for representation. If we decide to take your application further, we will invite you to attend an interview.
We are not able to consider you for membership until at least two of our members have seen your work. The best time to contact us is when you have an upcoming live production in the North, or alternatively you can send us a link to a recent showreel.
All applications are discussed by the membership team. We highly value all our actors and new applications will be assessed alongside our current membership. We try not to represent actors who we feel are too similar.
We are a Manchester based agency and proudly represent actors based in the North, in Greater Manchester and the surrounding Counties. We will only consider actors who are based within a reasonable commuting distance of Manchester, as we hold in-person meetings around six times a year.
Diversity is important to us and we are striving for our membership to more accurately reflect the people of Manchester and the North.
The Actors' Group does NOT charge a joining fee.
