Members are required to commit to running the office for a minimum of two or three days every six weeks, unless they are in paid acting work. Full agency training is given to new TAG members, working with a mentor.

HOW TO APPLY

Please complete our application form here. We need to see an up to date CV and headshot or Spotlight link and your reasons for applying to us for representation.

If you need to apply using another method for access reasons, please contact us by telephone or email and we’ll work with you to facilitate that.

 

We are not able to consider you for membership until at least two of our members have seen your work. The best time to contact us is when you are in a live production playing in the North, alternatively you can send us a link to a recent showreel.
 
All applications are discussed by the membership team. We highly value all our actors and new applications will be assessed alongside our current membership. We try not to represent actors who we feel are too similar.

 

Diversity is important to us and we are striving for our membership to more accurately reflect the people of Manchester and the North. If we decide to take your application further, we will invite you to attend an interview.

We are a Manchester based agency and proudly represent actors based in the North, in Greater Manchester and the  surrounding Counties. We will only consider actors who are based within a one hour commute of Manchester as we meet six times a year in-person.

The Actors' Group does NOT charge a joining fee.
